For handmade orders, processing takes 6–20 days for orders containing 1–3 nail sets, with an additional 2–6 days required for larger orders. For hand-painted designs, processing time is typically 15–30 days. Since each set is meticulously crafted by hand, processing times can vary based on order size and design complexity.
If you have urgent requests, please place your order at least two weeks in advance and contact us via Instagram for special arrangements.
02. Transit Times by Region
The estimated delivery times are as follows:

03. Tracking Status
For orders shipped within the US, you can track your parcel's delivery status through these phases:
Info Received
This phase typically lasts around 3–5 days, depending on your location and carrier processing speed.
In Transit
This stage generally takes around 2–3 days, though remote areas may experience longer transit times.
Out for Delivery
This final phase usually lasts for 1 day.
Overall, delivery to US destinations typically takes 6–9 days, though this may be extended due to holidays, peak shipping seasons, or unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed about any unexpected delays as much as possible.
04. Delivery Failure
In certain cases, postal carriers may be unable to deliver your package. For example, if your house or apartment does not have a visible number, the carrier may be unable to complete the delivery as per their policy. EliraNails is not responsible for such delivery failures.
